Das Haus liegt am Dorfrand von Wenns, direkt vom Haus weg gibt es Wandermöglichkeiten auf der Höhe entlang am Smaragdweg, im Tal entlang an der Salzach oder den Berg hinauf zum Zwölferkogel und Karsee. In wenigen Autominuten ist man beim größten Wasserfall Österreichs, den Krimmler Fällen, oder beim Lift auf den Wildkogel. Wir haben uns hier mit unseren Hunden und der Großfamilie bei der tierlieben Heidi als Vermieterin, die nebenan wohnt, sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine große Küche mit vielen Geräten, zum Beispiel drei verschiedenen Kaffeeautomaten, großen Töpfen und Pfannen und scharfen Messern hat Spaß beim Kochen bereitet, und den Hunden haben die vielen Teppiche und Gassimöglichkeiten gleich von der Haustüre weg perfekt gefallen. Het is bijna 5 euro als je in het dorp beneden ( 3 minuten rijden) moet pinnen. Het was een heel mooi Oostenrijks huis met voldoende faciliteiten, handdoeken, bedlinnen, keukenlinnen, voldoende bestek en servies, droogrek, fohn, etc. De bedden zijn nieuw en slapen goed. Het huis wordt goed onderhouden en schoongemaakt. Wij konden door het slechte weer niet veel genieten van de grote tuin des te heerlijk was de mogelijkheid om op het balkon te zitten. We konden de hele dag genieten van het mooie uitzicht van de bergen en het dorp Bramberg met zijn lichtjes in de avond. De locatie is perfect. 3 minuten van de supermarkt af met de auto. Voor de gevorderde wandelaar ook lopend te doen. Vanuit het huis en in de omgeving zijn er veel wandelroutes (ook voor de hond) en genoeg activiteiten om te ondernemen. Het Kristallbad, zie de website van Wildkogeln voor de bergbanen, rodelen, met een skelter van de berg, glijbanen op de berg, etc. Bij vragen kan je elk moment contact opnemen met Heidi en Roland, de eigenaren van het huis. Elke week komt Heidi het afval ophalen wat erg prettig is. Dit huis is zeker aan te raden. Bedankt Heidi en Roland voor een mooie vakantie en de eigengemaakte Apfelbrand van hun bedrijf. Der Empfang war herzlich. Achtung: Nehmen Sie ausreichend Bargeld mit für den Restbetrag, der vor Ort zu zahlen ist. Wenn Sie im Dorf unten (3 Minuten mit dem Auto) Geld abheben müssen, kostet das fast 5 Euro. Es war ein wunderschönes österreichisches Haus mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten: Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Küchenwäsche, ausreichend Besteck und Geschirr, ein Wäscheständer, Föhn usw. Die Betten sind neu und sehr bequem. Das Haus wird gut gepflegt und gründlich gereinigt. Wegen des schlechten Wetters konnten wir den großen Garten leider nicht viel nutzen – umso schöner war die Möglichkeit, auf dem Balkon zu sitzen. Den ganzen Tag über konnten wir das herrliche Panorama auf die Berge und das Dorf Bramberg genießen, besonders die Lichter am Abend waren zauberhaft. Die Lage ist perfekt: Nur 3 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Supermarkt. Für geübte Wanderer auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Direkt vom Haus und in der Umgebung gibt es viele Wanderwege (auch für Hunde) und zahlreiche Aktivitäten: das Kristallbad, die Bergbahnen (siehe Website von Wildkogel), Rodeln, mit dem Skelter den Berg hinunter, Rutschen auf dem Berg usw. Heidi's Empfang war sehr herzlich und freundlich - so fängt Urlaub nach einer 8-Stunden-Anfahrt an! Man wohnt sehr nah am Wald, was einem sehr schöne (Hunde-)Spaziergänge ermöglicht, die dann, abseits der offiziellen Wege, auch ohne Anleinen erfolgen können, wenn man es dem Tier zuliebe so möchte. Die das Grundstück umgebenden Nachbarn sind sehr ruhig und angenehm. Das Haus ist ausreichend dimensioniert für 4 Erwachsene und einen Papillon, der sich sofort sehr wohl fühlte und sein Eckchen fand. Alles ist sehr sauber, besonders hervorzuheben Besteck und Geschirr, was bekanntlich sehr wichtig ist. Heidi und Roland haben jederzeit ein offenes Ohr für sämtliche Belange und eine hohe zeitliche Flexbilität beim hauseigenen Saunabesuch, der von Ihnen dem Gästewunsch gemäß vorbereitet wird. Das Lüften des Hauses ist sehr gut und schnell machbar, wenn man mal gekocht oder es gerade vorher geregnet hat und man die frische Luft geniessen will. Verkehrstechnisch ist Bramberg sehr gut angebunden. Man ist vom Pinzgau schnell im Pongau oder Zillertal, selbst die Anfahrt nach Italien ist mit 1,5 Stunden für einen Tagesausflug machbar. Und mit den Krimmler Wasserfällen hat man ein europäisches Highlight gleich um die Ecke. Famoses Essen, famose Landschaft, nette Menschen, entspannte Zeit - wir nennen das Urlaub. Es liegt am Stadtrand von Bramberg und doch in fußläufiger Entfernung zum Zentrum und den Geschäften. Wir waren Anfang März für 7 Tage zum Wintersport dort. Das Haus ist groß und sauber, mit 4 großen Schlafzimmern und sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Küche finden Sie zum Beispiel alles, was Sie brauchen könnten, und zur Vollständigkeit trugen warme Hausschuhe in verschiedenen Größen für alle Besucher bei. Das Haus ist komplett, aber erwarten Sie keinen großen Luxus. Das Wohnzimmer und die Küche werden mit einem großen Ofen beheizt, den die Eigentümer jeden Tag mit Holz befeuern. Es bleibt warm bis zum nächsten Tag. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit hat sich sogar die Mühe gemacht, uns nach unserem Aufenthalt einen vergessenen Gegenstand nachzusenden.Kurzum: Wir hatten einen angenehmen und komfortablen Aufenthalt in familienfreundlicher Umgebung! Sofa für diese Anzahl an Personen auch nicht vorhanden. Sauna war gut, die Vermieter sollten aber mit den Zeiten flexibler sein.
