This gorgeous premier lakefront Interlachen townhome has three bedrooms, and two full bathrooms which can easily sleep up to six guests. Interlachen Townhome 18 is a very popular vacation spot for families and groups, who will have convenient access to boat lifts and pontoon rentals. It will be easy to feel refreshed and rejuvenated when you're staying at Interlachen 18, because of the beautiful interiors that feel like home and the detailed exterior that will have you wanting to spend as much time outside as possible. Make it a priority to enjoy your morning brew by the floor to ceiling windows, where you are surrounded by serene views of Gull Lake. For dinner, make sure to grill up a delicious dinner on the private propane grill, or tell old family stories around an outdoor firepit while watching the sunset. Play a not-so-friendly game of poker, while the kids are hanging out with friends on the playground. The 4-digit access code is unique to each reservation and should never be shared. GUEST COMMUNICATION: After you book your reservation, you will receive a booking confirmation email along with your reservation specific rental agreement, that needs to be e-signed and returned before your check-in date. 48-hours prior to your check-in date, you will be emailed your check-in information that includes critical information for your stay. We are happy to provide check-in information earlier than 48-hours upon request and returned signed rental agreement. PAYMENT SCHEDULE: We recognize that planning a trip can be stressful, so we want to ease your mind by breaking up the payments! If your booking is less than 120 days prior to check-in, the deposit will be 75% due at time of the booking instead of what's listed below. If booking within less than 60 days of your stay, payment is due in full at time of booking. We are also more than happy to accept payments in smaller increments if reservation follows traditional payment schedule that is shared below. 25% at time of booking 50% due 120 days prior to arrival 100% or final payment due 60 days prior to arrival DAMAGE FEE BREAKDOWN: Security Fee: In lieu of a security deposit (with exception), we provide up to $3,000 of damage protection for $79 plus taxes. This VRD fee is required and non-refundable. This plan covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during the renter's stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. The property was as advertised, very clean, beds were comfortable great kitchen to make our meals and large table to enjoy games with the fireplace. Unit 18 was exactly as advertised, everything one level, flat yard out to the beach. Shawn, and everybody at Gull Lake Mgmt. were fantastic, checking in on us, fulfilling requests, and waiving fuel charges when we had to cut our pontoon ride short, and didn't have time to re-fuel the boat. Was fun to watch all the people going out to ice fish. My husband and daughters had a great time riding the snowmobile trails which were very convenient and close by. I've stayed at the townhome at Interlachen before and this stay is no different - beautiful setting, clean, peaceful. Will definitely come back again.
