"The check in was amazing and efficient, the room was very clean and large, with high ceilings and comfortable beds. The personal touches were absolutely perfect, when we checked in and made it to our room I was surprised to see that there was a personalized note with my name signed by the motel manager. Additionally within fifteen minutes of our check in we received a phone call enquiring if our room was to our liking and if we may need anything else! Amazing customer service! Larger hotels could certainly learn a thing or two from this motel. Thank you for making us feel so welcome."

"The hotel and surrounding area are beautiful. It is pricey, probably a little overpriced. That being said, the service and facility were impeccable. Restaurants were great....toast to Woody's for both price, portions and service I only had a couple of complaints about the hotel. Our room location didn't offer great views. I looked into the spa area....not great. Second thing was that I found the AC/heating noisy during the night. A DB reader on my phone showed the decibels around 60. Enough to wake us from our sleep."
