Fully furnished and equipped flat in gated community with private pool!  
Rare and exceptional in the centre of Braga in a quiet, family-friendly environment.  
Recently built, offering all the contemporary comforts, ideally situated it benefits from a safe and peaceful environment just a stone's throw from Braga's historic centre.  
The flat on the first floor consists of a large bright living room with a fireplace for your comfort, creating a space to socialise with your family and receive your friends, the fully equipped kitchen with noble materials in stone and solid wood.  
There are three bedrooms, one of them a suite with a privileged view of the pool.  
One of the bedrooms can be transformed into an office, ideal for teleworking and offering an environment conducive to concentration and productivity; all the bedrooms have built-in wardrobes.  
The two full bathrooms are built in natural stone, one of them with a hydromassage bath to relax in after a long day.  
Outside, the entrance to the building is made up of automatic doors, a reception room with two lifts, the entrance to the swimming pool meets the toilets with showers to support the pool, a large garden, garden furniture for your weekend lunches and a children's playground and saltwater pool exclusive to the residents of the condominium.   
  
The garage is closed with a remote control and there is storage space in the basement.  
The heating is street gas in all the rooms for six comforts and the shutters are electric and automatic.  
This flat is ready to welcome you, with the best supermarkets and all services just a few minutes' walk away.
