The train station is just around the corner, making day trips a breeze. Because the neighborhood is a bit more commercial, it doesn't quite have the charm of being in the historic city center, but you're so close that it doesn't really matter. The apartment has everything a large party needs from a full size kitchen, which includes washer/dryer, to three bedrooms and two baths. As another reviewer noted, the showers are a little odd but work just fine. We found the furniture and mattresses to be somewhat uncomfortable but this is a very personal and subjective opinion and others might not have an issue. Check-in and check-out was easy and our host, Alexandra, was very responsive via text. The building has an elevator, but do note there are several stairs to get up into the building from outside. It also has a parking garage, but we did not use this amenity. All in all, we enjoyed our stay here and it's extremely good value for the space. ##### Elizabeth M. We enjoyed our three night stay in this apartment. It is located right across the road from the train station, which would be very convenient for anyone arriving by train. And it had a secure underground parking garage that was important for us as we were traveling by car. A walk of less than 10 minutes from the apartment puts you right in the heart of beautiful old town Braga, with its large pedestrianized historic centre filled with lovely architecture and abundance of great restaurants, sidewalk cafes and interesting shops. The 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment is the most spacious of any we have rented in Europe and would be ideal for a family or up to 6 adults. The bathrooms have been updated from the photos shown in the listing and now feature contemporary showers. Kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances required for preparing basic meals. It would be well suited to a long-stay rental. We would have appreciated more timely communication with the local property manager regarding check-in arrangements. 24 hours to receive a response to a message regarding meeting time for the key exchange on the actual day of arrival seemed excessive and conveyed an attitude of indifference. ##### Clyde F. Jan 10, 2016 #### Passagem de Ano 2015/2016 - Braga Situado no centro da cidade, o apartamento excedeu as nossas expectativas (não que não estivéssemos à espera pelas imagens no site, mas por todas as comodidades que oferecia). O apartamento está apetrechado com tudo o que é necessário para umas boas férias (sendo que não houve necessidade de irmos a "correr" ao supermercado, bastava abrirmos um armário e encontrávamos o que necessitávamos) , e a limpeza estava irrepreensível. Braga é uma cidade linda, e estávamos a um passo do centro. Como era passagem de ano, e por se tratar de um sétimo andar, conseguimos deslumbrar a vista magnífica e o fogo de artificio de todas as freguesias e aldeias ao redor da cidade. Muito obrigada pela disponibilidade quer do proprietário, o Sr. Manuel, bem como das meninas que nos foram receber (Carla e Júlia). Já fiquei em outros apartamentos, mas este, apesar de corresponder inteiramente às imagens, excedeu as minhas expetativas. Viajei com 4 pessoas, mas reuni num jantar o total de 9, sendo 2 delas crianças que correm e mexericam pela casa. Houve espaço para todos sem ninguém se acotovelar. As 3 televisões e a rede hi fi facilitaram... :-) Bem localizado junto do centro histórico, com comércio, restaurantes e/ou bares, mas insonorizado ; Uma limpeza irrepreensível em todos os espaços da casa. É um apartamento que excede as necessidades básicas de uma família em férias/passeio: existe de TUDO e para todos, tal como nas nossas próprias casas. Só necessitamos mesmo da roupa que se quer vestir... Um obrigada ao(s) Hugo(s) pela simpatia e disponibilidade com que nos receberam :-) Nota aos outros viajantes: as camas são todas muito confortáveis, mas quando se tem um filho com 1, 82 m , não se lhe pode destinar o quarto 3, mais adequado a jovens com menores dimensões :-) Pessoalmente "briguei" um pouco com a fechadura/abertura da porta de entrada (provavelmente a necessitar de um pouco de óleo ). Es como estar en tu propia casa. Tiene absolutamente todo lo que necesites todos los electrodomésticos y comodidades. El piso esta muy limpio y la casera es muy simpática.
