This sprawling single-level home spans 3,000 square feet and features four bedrooms plus a Den/Game Room and three baths, ensuring ample space for a comfortable stay. The heart of the home is the expansive great room, encompassing the living area, dining space, and a well-equipped kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer breathtaking panoramic views, with a magnificent rock gas fireplace serving as a focal point. The kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with a large island for casual dining, top-of-the-line appliances, and all the necessary kitchenware. A convenient laundry room with a washer and dryer adds to the convenience of your stay. Entertainment options abound both indoors and outdoors. The property boasts a BBQ station, outdoor seating for al fresco dining, and a variety of outdoor games such as Cornhole, Ladder Toss, Ring Toss, Basketball, and Darts. Unwind in the hot tub, soak in the spectacular sunsets, or gather in the theater/game room for a movie night with loved ones.
