Completely redecorated top to bottom, fresh paint and new stone work done in the front of the home with pavers in front. Home has newer stainless appliances with tankless hot water heater for endless hot water. Includes 4 beach passes. Bradley Beach Summer Rental. Home is just 8 years old everything is in excellent condition. In wall Air conditioners in all three bedrooms. One large unit on the first level in the wall which is more that sufficient, Granite counter tops, high end gas range, stackable washer and dryer, tankless hot water heater, baseboard heat, just 3 houses from the beach with ocean and beach views from the front and rear second story decks off the master and back bedroom. It was nice to be a few houses off of Ocean Ave- a little quieter and added a whole 45 seconds to our beach commute! Backyard space was great- loved the outdoor shower. This house is in a perfect t spot and Bradley is a great beach town- easy to walk or bike to Asbury Park or Belmar which are more party scene . I credal let places to eat- Skratch Kitchen and Del Ponte’s bakery to name a couple that are not Vic’s- which is also fantastic. Chris the owner was super responsive and helpful- brought us some extra towels and made sure we had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked and the grill works (not always the case). We rented the home during Christmas week and the owner was nice enough to turn the heat up before our arrival. Coming from Florida, this was really appreciated! It is very hard to find vacation rentals that welcome dogs so it was a big plus to see we could bring our furry child along! The home is just three houses from the ocean and each day my husband would walk the dog on the boardwalk. Although the weather did not allow for enjoying the beach, it was still enjoyable to watch the waves hit the shore. I imagine this would be a great summer rental!
