Lovely stay at Bailbrook House! The hotel is stunning and the room service breakfast was great. Special shout out to Lauren, who helped us with any enquiry and booked us a taxi into town.

Really welcoming arrival. Comfortable, clean and well maintained room. Arrived under the cover of darkness but the grounds would appear to be splendid. Great location too, easy to get in and out of the city centre. We would definitely stay again, preferably for longer and, depending on the quality of the breakfast, recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Beautiful hotel with a great sized room. Potentially the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

It’s a lovely property, we had a nice walk along the canal into Bath. However, the room was cold for an hour or so each evening before it warmed up with the aircon. The bar/resraurant was nice and warm but lacked atmosphere and was extremely quiet. Twice reception attempted to charge us for breakfast which we hadn’t had (and on the day we left we were actually checking out before breakfast was even served.)

Beautiful location and close to the center of Bath. Staff were very welcoming and provided extra equipment to help us with our baby. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast was really tasty - both the buffet and made-to-order food. Nice fresh juice too. Would really recommend splashing out on this place - worth the money!

The hotel was excellent The bedroom were extremely comfortable The staff were friendly and very helpful The facility were excellent The only thing I was little bit disappointed with was that someone staying longer than a couple days you had the same menu every night I not saying the food was not excellent but I would like a bit more choice otherwise everything was excellent

Excellent stay
This is my second time staying at the hotel and equally as good as the first time. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel very quiet and not very busy even with a wedding. Breakfast the next morning was amazing! We had a choice of cooked to order and then a continental buffet. We filled ourselves up.

We have stayed at this hotel many times and return because we like the place. The staff are friendly and the facilities are good, and the free parking is a bonus. We have noticed they have cut back in some areas with less choice of menu and shorter breakfast times which is a little disappointing. We are unhappy that a service charge is added to everything, while not begrudging paying for good service, we would like to make this choice ourselves!

The customer service at this hotel was exceptional. It was the best four star hotel that we have ever used in Europe. Ilie, Debra, Melina and Lee went out of their way to provide exceptional service. The hotel itself, and the grounds were amazing.

We stayed for 4 days and had a great time. The room was a great size and clean with comfy bed. The breakfast was excellent each day with plenty of choice and the cooked breakfast was hot on each occasion. The bistro bar area in the conservatory was a nice place to have a drink with a reasonably priced menu. An excellent place to stay and would recommend.

We stayed for three nights and it was lovely. The staff, the food everything was very pleasant. The only disappointment was the house keeping. The towels were not changed the first day and we had to ask for new towels. The second day, no new teabags and water bottles were left in the room. The bedsheets had some marks and they were never changed for 3 days. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The property is a pleasant grade II listed mansion in the outskirts of Bath. The bed and room were comfortable and the room was clean and nicely furnished. Breakfast was very good and the service was excellent. Dinner at the full-service restaurant was the only drawback. The menu was limited, and our server reported that the two items we intended to order were unavailable.
