Set in the bustling town of Bradford-on-Avon, Flat 3 Avon Villa is a wonderful, modern, one bedroom apartment with the added bonus of private parking! Flat 3 is set on the first floor of this elegant converted home, and has been modernised inside to give a contemporary yet homely feel which has been thoughtfully created by the owners to ensure you have a wonderful relaxing stay. The light and airy open-plan living area is the perfect space to relax after a day out, with the living area having comfortable seating, a Smart TV and fabulous bay window overlooking the street. The dining area has a fold-out table and the kitchen comes well equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. The beautifully decorated double bedroom has ample storage, and you also have the shower room which has been designed with space and attention to detail in mind. Outside you have the benefit of an off-road parking space, allowing you to leave the car parked and explore Bradford-on-Avon.  
  
Within easy walking distance you have a small shop and local pub, just a few minutes further will take you into the centre of the gorgeous historic town of Bradford-on-Avon, with its shops and restaurants overlooking the River Avon. There is lots to see and do here with the canal, museums and historic sights. Also within walking distance, you can hop on the train and head to Bath for the day for some sightseeing, or in the other direction to Weymouth for a day on the beach!
