### Tong Park | Standard Double

This former 19th century vicarage has been gracefully converted into one of West Yorkshire's most popular hotels, located within 8 km of both Leeds and Bradford city centres. Located in the ancient village of Tong, set in the surroundings of beautiful countryside, each room offers a picturesque view with the convenience of being just minutes away from junction 27 off the M62\. The hotel is currently undergoing a refurbishment to improve the amenities and offerings to guests. With 59 spacious en suite rooms, each room is equipped with Freeview TV, pillow menu and high-speed internet access.  
The property consists of multiple guesthouses Type homes are divided into categories. Because these are private properties, they were decorated according to the owner’s personal taste and surface area, furnishing and size may vary – the level of comfort is as described, however. The arrangement of beds (sleeping places, separate beds or double beds) depends on the owner and cannot be determined beforehand. The pictures on display here serve as an example only Beach towels are not included To safeguard our property and the well-being of our guests, individuals under 18 years of age may be subject to additional verification to clarify the intent of their stay. For your peace of mind and to cover any unforeseen damages, we kindly request a security deposit. This process is seamlessly managed through the Airbnb Resolution Centre, independent of our company. The deposit amount is tailored to the duration of your stay, seasonal considerations, and the size of your party. We maintain a smoke-free environment within the property. Should this policy be disregarded, additional charges will be incurred. We embrace the spirit of community and shared experiences; however, our property must be enjoyed with respect and consideration for others. We strictly prohibit parties or disruptive behaviour. To maintain this standard, we've installed noise and heat sensors to detect any unauthorized gatherings or additional guests. Should these alarms be triggered, our security team will intervene, and it may impact your security deposit. To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 22:00 to 6:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment.
