Attended an event. Everything was handled exceptional. Check-in by phone is a great option. If I get back to this area again, this hotel will be my first choice.

The staff was outstanding. However, Expedia was terrible. When I try to check in, the resort did not have my reservation. I was able to show the staff the information that I had received on my phone. They called Expedia and it took them an hour to get it straightened out. The staff when out of their way to get it right and even discounted the resort fees for us. I will be staying at the resort again in the future, but I don’t know if I would use Expedia again.

This was on of the best hotel experiences we ever had. Room and casino was perfect. Staff was friendly and helpful at all aspects of our visit. Checking in and out, casino, dining valet. I would recommend to everyone looking for getaway!!!!

Well priced. Easy self-parking. Helpful, polite staff. Large rooms. Coffee in room is pretty bad but there's good coffee for purchase on the restaurant floor so not a big deal.

It was my first stay at the hotel. Parking was kind of confusing. I booked through a 3rd party which I always do and always request a free breakfast and pool. I was told that because I booked through a third party I was not entitled to a free breakfast. This is totally unacceptable and I have never been told that... Ever. Not happy about that at all

The only thing that we didn’t like was the buffet at the casino. It the past it was well worth the money. Would pass on it next time as the food wasn’t that good for the price. Rooms were great.

The only issue was in the buffet. Potstickers were marked as vegetable so our vegetarian friend had one and they were pork. She was reimbursed her meal however it took staff over 20 minutes to change the description. This could have been so much worse if she had been allergic. She was traumatized as she’s never eaten meat in her life.

The room was lovely the staff was very nice. But a warning to ski families there is a bit of a walk from the parking garage with two elevators to traverse. Unless you use the bell hops and valet.

Great place for a relaxing get away
Ample covered free parking. Easy check in. Room was, quite, roomy, spotless and comfortable. Bed was very comfy with crisp sheets. Great view from the 7th floor. Casino wasn’t very busy. Restaurant on premises offered great food at a reasonable price. Would recommend this casino/hotel/restaurants.
