"Breakfast was good, not great. Food off menu was really good and drinks from the bar were okay. Bed comfort could have been a bit better. Staff were extremely helpful, friendly and efficient, location of hotel was fantastic. Pool couldn't have been better! Morning coffee was tolerable, but back veranda was perfect to relax and start the day. Definitely would stay again and recommend to others."

"The room reeked of smoke. Wore shower shoes in the shower as the tub looked dirty. Beetles in the bathtub as well. Pillows were very flat and offered no support. Tv randomly lost service in the middle of a movie and wouldn’t reconnect. A couple of the outlets didn’t work for charging. Carpet was also dirty."

"Old property, i had to change my room twice because if leakages. The staff was good and they cooperated but i dont think ill ever book holiday inn again."

"Marjorie refused me and my soccer team reservation Reserved 8 rooms at this location and cancelled the reservation at 1:30 in the morning after we travelled 4 hours.. she was very rude me and my adult chaperones had to find hotels at 2-3am in the morning because she refused. Never had this experience with any hotel and she gave us a very unwelcoming experience.. My families from my academy will be always posting reviews and comments about this experience. We saw homeless and drunk people renting rooms at this location smooth transition but for us she made it living hell . Very unprofessional"

"I don’t like leaving bad reviews…but: 1. Past the small lobby to the elevators the whole area smelled like laundry gray/sewer water.very unpleasant 2. TV was on in my room when I walked in, but there was no remote to be found. Couldn’t change the channel. 3. Wanted some ice to cool my drinks down and walked all over 2 floors looking for a machine. Made my way to the front desk only to find out that the hotel has no ice machine.!! 4. The worst part of the stay were the four roaches that I killed in the room. Two in the bathroom and two near the bed. I have pictures and videos. Clearly there were more if I had seen that many in such a short period of time. Will NOT being staying here again when I come down for business, which is frequent."
