How far is it to the beach? \-We have 5 great beaches within driving distance. They range from 6-15 miles away. Can I book on behalf of a friend, family member, or co-worker? \- No. While we would love to host whoever you are booking for, we do need them to book for themselves with their own VRBO account. We we traveling with our adult children and this house was the perfect layout for everyone to have their space. The rooms and amenities made our trip amazing. The pool was the perfect ending to each day. The waffle and coffee bar were also a winning touch! We went to the beach each day which was a quick drive and had all of the supplies we needed on property. We made memories to last a lifetime! Excellent communication with homeowner, and this was very helpful. House was clean and comfortable, and we had no complaints about the beds. House was booked prior to the hurricanes. The hurricanes took out the lanai and had done more damage than I had expected. There was a roofed structure that covered a sitting area within the lanai that was also gone, leaving no shade around the pool. Upon my concern over the lack of shade around the pool the homeowner graciously provided us with a temporary cabana screened in structure. This was very helpful. There was a couple of “accuracy of online listing” discrepancies. I did not realize that a “walk through bathroom” meant the master bedroom had a shared bathroom, and the closet in the master bedroom could not be used because it was a utility closet. We booked the house for 3 weeks so we lived out of suit cases during our stay. Neither were convenient, but it was workable. Overall, it was a very good, almost excellent stay. Access to beaches, restaurants, and other points of interest was excellent. I can’t express how helpful Kelly (I believe she is the homeowner) was. She was very patient when addressing my concerns. ##### Bob M. Home was a great set up for 2 "sets" of people with 2 bedrooms sharing a bath on each side of the house. Everything was clean, comfortable (so exciting when we get really comfortable beds and furniture in rentals!). Our teens made use of the pool deck, the teen hut and the air hockey table and we adults found all the "tools" we needed to keep kids well fed and uniforms clean! Great access to food and shops in Bradenton and to IMG Academy. Will definitely return! Also property manager was so responsive and helpful! ##### Amy W. The house is near the beach and very easy to find the house. I went with my whole family and we all felt comfortable and spacious in this home. There are activities to do inside the house as well. That was helpful as we had Category 1 Hurricane Debby pass by Bradenton our first two nights at Bradenton. Kelly was always attentive and she made sure we had everything we needed.
