The pictures online are great! The place was dirty. The floors were not cleaned in weeks, the towels and linens needed to be taken off the beds and cleaned, as well as the appliances. They had hair everywhere there. It was very disappointing to say the least. I asked for the place to be cleaned, and the property manager said they would send someone the next day. I had to spend a lot of time doing what should have been done. In the end I was refunded 4 of my five nights. Which I was more than appreciative of. It wasn't up to our standards but maybe it is for others. The room itself was clean and fully stocked, the washrooms were recently done and looked clean. For us it was more the property that needed work, it didn't look welcoming and fresh like the pictures made it appear.
