Tropical HEATED POOL home mins from Anna Maria - without the traffic & crowds!

Modern, clean and bright pet-friendly HEATED POOL home minutes from Anna Maria's famous white sand beaches. There's plenty of room inside and out for relaxing at "home" - and when you're ready to go out, you'll be happy to know that the beach, golf, fishing, boating, kayaking, tennis, pickleball, and tropical nature preserves are only minutes away. Anna Maria's world class beaches are a quick drive but you may just want to stay "home" and away from the traffic and crowds enjoying your own private pool, screened-in lanai, and cozy home. Watch TV on the large sectional sofa, sunbathe, float in the pool, or enjoy laughs around the large dining table. The house has 3 - 4 spacious bedrooms. One has a king-sized bed, TV, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with French doors leading out to the screened-in lanai and pool area. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds and like all the bedrooms, high quality mattresses and linens, ceiling fans and room darkening window shades for a good night's sleep. Use the 4th room to watch TV, read, or as a 4th bedroom with a trundle that can be turned into two twin beds or one king bed.

Working remotely? No problem! The house has high speed WiFi throughout.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything a cook could want including quality pots and pans, and plenty of serving dishes and cooking utensils. There's also a microwave, blender, toaster oven, plates, bowls, glassware and silverware. There's an outdoor gas grill, too. If you’re not in the mood to cook, grab plates and enjoy pizza or carry-out from one of the many restaurants nearby.

The screened-in lanai has plenty of room to stretch out and relax in sun or shade. We provide floats and plenty of pool toys for the kids.
*Please note: out of respect for our neighbors, we ask all guests to enjoy themselves inside after 11 pm. So please no loud music, conversation or splashing in the pool after 11 pm*

There is also a washer-dryer available for guests' use. Park your car, boat or RV in the driveway or on the street in front of the house. If you have a boat, bring it! Boat access to the Gulf of Mexico is only five minutes away!

And if you're bringing a pet, relax knowing the back yard is completely fenced in.

We've tried to to think of everything big and small to make the house your home-away-from-home for a tropical vacation including nice linens, extra pillows and blankets, kitchen supplies, pool and beach toys, beach towels, beach chairs, and coolers. We also provide guests with a detailed list of our favorite activities and restaurants in the area. And for guests bringing pets, we provide a list of dog-friendly places, too.
