The beds were really comfortable which is a huge thing for us. One recommendation is to post that it is an upstairs unit as I was not prepared to haul my 50 lb suitcase up a flight of stairs at check in. I also suggest that the lock be replaced as the battery died while I was there making it difficult to get in one night and impossible to leave and lock the door the next day. Replacement batteries arrived quickly - amazing response by the team - but it was a known issue so they need to proactively address this before a guest gets locked out. ##### Janna P.
