There is free parking at all beaches and there is a free trolley that you can ride all over the island and get on and off as many times as you want. Just 15 minutes from Sarasota airport and 5 minutes from IMG Academy. Within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and golfing. One mile from GT Bray park which has tennis courts, soccer fields, baseball fields, play grounds, dog park, pools, etc. Also a very short drive to Robinson Preserve where you can spend hours walking or biking through mangroves and observe Florida's wildlife. Only minutes away from entertainment and the Pittsburg Pirates spring training facilities. The world famous Siesta Key beach is a short drive away. Disney, Busch Gardens, Sea World and Universal are all within a two hour drive. The house has WIFI and cable TV. Security camera monitors the front of the house. Fully stocked kitchen: Pots, pans, utensils, new stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, Keurig, etc.). Newly refinished heated saltwater pool and privacy fenced in back yard. Really appreciate the house supplies provided (toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters, dish and laundry soap, etc.). Beds were comfortable, and it was great being able to park the car in the garage to stay cooler. We had a lovely stay and would recommend to anyone in the area. The owner was wonderful with communicating before, during and after our stay. The house is very clean and has everything needed for our vacation stay. Check in/out was easy. It is a spacious home with a very nice heated pool. Our kids loved the pool.the beachtoys where also very handy (beach chairs, beach umprella, toys, etc..). Chris is very friendly and helpful. It is in a great location close to the beaches. The house was super clean, updated and the pool was great to spend time in.
