While the family enjoys a swim or basks in the sun, prepare a delicious meal on the gas grill. Each of the three bedrooms on the east side of the house features a queen bed, one with a bonus bunk, while the bunk room off the garage on the west side of the house is a great place for the kids to settle in when it's time to rest. The family can gather at mealtimes around the big table in the dining room, or snuggle up to stream their favorite movies around the large flat-panel TV in the living room. A NOTE ABOUT POOL HEAT: If you book online, your reservation will automatically populate with a pool heat charge for one week. If your reservation is for a longer period, someone on our staff will adjust the pool heat rate to reflect the longer stay. We recommend pool heat at this property, regardless of the time of year, as pools near shady trees stay cooler, even in the summer. \*PET OWNERS: This property is dog friendly for one to two dogs with a non-negotiable maximum weight of 25 pounds each and a non-refundable pet fee per dog. There is an additional fee per pet per week for each additional week booked. Also, certain breeds are excluded. It’s dated, with signs of water damage, loose toilets and toilet seats, and a clogged shower. The dryer broke, the garbage disposal backed up, and the AC couldn’t cool below 75\. Kitchen items were worn, and the bedding felt old and thin.The back bathroom was especially neglected—I even replaced the shower curtain myself. When they clean, they need to realize you can see under the furniture; it was dusty and clearly overlooked. That said, the location is fantastic—quiet, convenient, and perfect for families. We had five adults for the duration of our trip and we had my niece and her family fly down and join us for a few days. They loved that there was a pool had a fence that we easily put up to keep their 3 year old safe and that it was easily removed when they left. So that the others could enjoy the pool with out the fence. We had a few issues that where taken care of promptly. The location was nice it was a quiet area which my older parents appreciated. Owner has a wonderful property which was inviting and stocked well with kitchen gear, linens, and towels. Unfortunately the outdoor pool which was a key selection feature for us was obviously not ready for us. The water was GREEN! A huge disappointment. Luckily we were located to many options in and around Bradenton. We went to the beach and to a relative’s house which had a properly maintained pool. Property Management fell far short for us. Very clean and close to beaches, shops and many restaurants! My only issue was trying to get in touch with the property manager prior to our visit and during our visit. Before our visit I had sent an email to find out about certain amenities and the cleaning process due to COVID. Never got a response. Then during our stay the dishwasher stopped working and I reached out to the property manager again with no response. And have yet to hear a word from them. We had 10 people staying with us and it was very disappointing to clean dishes every night while everyone else was relaxing or enjoying the pool. ##### Amanda P. Had some issues: pool being pond water green( talked to a guy about the pool being green and he assured me that it was supposed to be green and I said that you couldn’t even see the bottom and he again reassured me it was fine.) A little while later the pool man showed up and said he didn’t know we were coming in so soon and didn’t put enough chemicals in. It took about two days for the pool to clear up. Was fine after that. The light and fan didn’t work with the remote in the master bedroom, battery was dead and didn’t want to pay for a battery so we did without. Other lights worked. Fantastic place for the family, kids loved the pool. Had a spacious living area and big backyard. We had a plumbing issue and they were very prompt on solving it. I was very uncomfortable with leaving my small dogs alone in the house with these bugs there. They did not sweep under the recliner chairs , when we used the chairs and recline back you can see all the dust underneath and French fries.
