The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful condo. The sunsets and view of the Sound from the screened-in lanai were amazing. The kitchen was well-appointed and we had all the tools needed to cook a nice meal. I appreciated that some items were left behind (coffee pods, baggies, etc). We left some supplies as well for the next guests. The pool was very nice and we loved that the beach was a four minute drive over the bridge. Clean, modern, and well equipped. The property, as Jimmy Buffett fans, offered some nice touches! Couldn't get the key fob for the front gate and pool, etc. until day 3 as prop manager was closed on Sunday.. :( Also, picking up/driving the key fobs back to Holmes beach is a bit of a pain with island traffic line ups... 11AM checkout would have been nice -10AM is a bit of a scramble.
