Just 20 minutes from Sarasota Airport, it’s near Anna Maria Island’s award-winning beaches (Travel+Leisure Best Places to Travel 2024). Also enjoy proximity to downtown Bradenton, Sarasota, St Pete, Tampa, IMG Academy, LECOM Park & scenic kayaking, paddleboarding & hiking in local preserves. I live in Brooklyn, NY, but I am available via messaging or by phone. You can also enjoy the convenience of a 5-minute drive (1.5 miles) to downtown Bradenton and the Riverwalk offering scenic views of the Manatee River, plus playgrounds, a splash pad, amphitheater, and local restaurants serving fresh seafood and other delightful cuisine. Manatees are often spotted in the river, and there’s a public dock and small boat launch right along the walkway. Just 8 miles away, Anna Maria Island is known for its sugar-white sand beaches and clear Gulf waters. The owners were very easy to communicate with and always quick to respond. Great location! We usually spent the first part of the day at the baseball fields and the beach was close enough to still get a few hours in at the beach. Our favorite beach was Bean Point in Anna Maria but Bradenton Beach was extremely convenient and never crowded. Overall, I highly recommend for families with pets. The back fenced in yard was perfect for the dog to roam and explore. The grill on deck was great for an evening of grilling out. My 93 years old mom stayed with me and the house was perfect with all living on one floor. The street is busy which is disclosed with the property information. ##### Diane G. Renovations make for a stylish and cozy stay. The location is super convenient to downtown Bradenton and Anna Maria Beaches. We enjoyed the river walk, a local weekend market downtown and of course the beautiful beaches! Great stay, definitely recommend! ##### megan b.
