Although the property manager informed us the pool gets serviced on Tuesday, one would think they would check the day of arrive to ensure cleanliness. I called and did not get any satisfaction. I called for 9 days before i could get a manager to call me back.she was not aware of the situation. She actually came to the house and took pi tures of the pool and the pool area which has not been maintained..full of cobwebs and leaves all over the top of the screen.the lawn was not mowed along with junk laying along the fence on the inside .if you have kids would be dangerous. For the amount of money you pay to have a pool.its not right that management doesn't check on there maintenance team which SUCKS.The pool needs to be drained and the screen around the pool needs to be power washed ..the cover over the drain on bottom of the pool was off and filter cover busted.If i had small children would have been a major problem because someone would have gotten hurt.I was reimbursed 2 xtra days but that wasnt nearly enough compensation curtain for the amount ##### Jill G. Fenced yard for a dog. The beaches are not too far away by car. Overall, a nice place.The location is in a pretty busy section of town with a lot of car traffic and not within walking distance of coffee, dining, grocery stores, etc.Take the mention of and condition of: kitchen for lots of cooking, eating utensels, pool & patio, yard, and 2nd bathroom with a big grain of salt. TVs are streaming only. Property is equipped with an alarm system.
