Whether you plan to spend entire days swimming in the heated pool, or are looking for a comfortable home base to visit nearby beaches and attractions, this newly updated home will not disappoint. Located on a small lake in a peaceful neighborhood with quick access to AMI beaches, IMG, parks, shopping, and boat launches! With a split BR floor plan, indoor and outdoor seating, full kitchen, and ping-pong/foosball in the garage, this home has space for everyone. We have tried to provide everything you need for the perfect vacation, so you can just hop on a plane or in the car with your clothes and swimsuit. The floor plan of this home is open and inviting, and centers around the swimming pool and outdoor space. Everything you need for a day of relaxing, including pool floats, sun loungers, gas grill, and patio furniture is included. The backyard faces a small lake that brings tropical bird and wildlife watching opportunities. You will love sitting outside with your morning coffee and watching the sunrise! The garage has a ping-pong table and foosball table for extra fun when you need a break from the sun. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining with new granite countertops and full-sized stainless appliances, an extra beverage fridge, and all the dishes, pots and pans, and utensils you need. A drip and Keurig coffee maker, french press, hand mixer, blender, toaster, and microwave are provided. With counter stools for 4, a dining table with seating for 6, and a patio table outside, there is plenty of seating options for meals. The living room is the perfect place to relax after a long day of fun, with a huge cozy sectional, electric fireplace, and Roku TV. The split bedroom floor plan is ideal for families, multiple couples, or snowbirds who want to invite the grandkids for a visit. The primary bedroom has a king bed and large sliding doors that flow right out to the swimming pool. There is a large en-suite bathroom with a walk-in tile shower, double sinks, and a soaking tub. The second and third bedrooms are on the other side of the house. One has a king bed with a large closet and sliding door access to the pool. The other has sleeping space for four with a twin and full bed, plus twin trundle bed. Guests love that the 2nd bathroom opens directly to the pool so you won't have water tracked throughout the house. There is also a queen sofa sleeper in the living room for additional sleeping space. Amenities and Extras: Included for your enjoyment are a gas grill, washer and dryer, board games, and beach gear (toys, umbrella, coolers and towels). Guests are welcomed to the home with a few samples of local coffee and hotel-sized toiletries. A starter amount of laundry pods, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and toilet paper are included. Extra supplies may need to be purchased by guest depending on use/length of stay. The pool can be heated upon request to 86 degrees for an additional $30/day. \*\*\*The pet fee for this property is $150, which must be paid before arrival. Dogs under 30 pounds are allowed on a case-by-case basis with prior approval by the host. NOTE: We also own the home next door and guests can book both homes for groups up to 16\. The Neighborhood: This is a family-friendly and quiet neighborhood with single-family homes. An ideal location for those who want to relax and unwind, but close to shopping, schools, and local attractions! There is UBER and LYFT available in the area. There is ample off-street parking in the driveway of the home. The neighborhood is very walkable, with low traffic and sidewalks throughout. There is quick access to local walking and bicycling trails from this neighborhood. Other Things to Note: Pool heat is available upon request for an additional $30/day, which will be paid through the resolution center. It is recommended to heat the pool if you plan to swim October-April. Please let us know in advance if you would like the pool heated, as it can take 12-24 hours to warm up. Please note that there is not a safety fence or alarms separating the pool from the home, so additional supervision of young children may be required. Interaction with Guests: I am very responsive and able to answer your questions about the property via call, text, or platform messaging. From the second we booked this property for our last minute spring break trip, nothing was short of amazing. The communication with Kate, the owner, helped us plan what our trip was going to look like once we arrived. The home has been updated to feel new, the attention to detail with the amenities and decor was very appreciated. The home had EVERYTHING to be able to hop out of the car and get our vacation started (after our trip to Publix for groceries :-).The guide the owner provided for restaurants, places to visit, mainly the beach tips, helped us so much! The beds were very comfortable and having a washer and dryer to keep up on laundry made coming back home so nice. Over the years our family has used many vacation rental properties; none have had the attention to hosting detail that this one did. You will want for nothing here- anything you can think of has been provided. Even the ‘starter’ amounts of basic necessities like soaps, paper products, etc are generous and of quality. The home itself is spacious, beautifully decorated and appointed, and located in a quiet neighborhood within a mile of Publix, gas stations, etc. Anna Maria Island is 15 minutes away- Bean Point Beach was spectacular! But the pool and lanai provide so much indoor/outdoor living you won’t want to go elsewhere. Also, the retention pond behind the property provides privacy between the neighboring yards and attracts a fantastic array of bird friends to observe. It was a mini nature preserve to watch over morning coffee. Love love love this place-12 out of 10! 💗 ##### Angella H. The home is exactly as pictured and made us feel like we were at home while on vacation. The home is equiped with everything you need plus more, which was great as. We didn't have to pack a lot of extra items. The owners were great and very quick to respond to any questions we had both before and during our stay. The house was also very close to the island as well as close to grocery and restaurants which made it super convenient and easy to get to anywhere we needed. My husband and I had 3 teenage boys with us who loved having the pool to swim in the evenings after we returned each day, as well as the games provided at the house. She went above and beyond to help me with a reservation; needless to say, communication was top-notch. The house is as described, the pool was clean and had plenty of pool toys. Kitchen was well-stocked with almost anything you could need! Plenty of beach towels were available, plus chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Amenities are less than a five-minute drive away. The location is an easy drive to the beach, the grocery store is close by, and most of all the house is well maintained and stocked! The kids had a great time in the pool and enjoyed the ping pong, foosball, and darts in the garage. The owner was easy and quick to communicate with and was very accommodating.
