It is newly remodeled and located in the gated community of Bay Pointe at Cortez, 4850 51st Street West, Bradenton. The community has a heated pool that is located just steps from my unit. The gorgeous beaches of Anna Maria are just six miles away and IMG Academy is about one mile away. Bradenton is also located in between Sarasota, St Petersburg and Tampa, giving you lots to explore. There is plenty of parking including one assigned spot right out the front door.
