First of all, Mark is the best landlord/ manager EVER! I rented many VRBOs, hands down this is my favorite. Mark is quick to respond and super efficient. The condo itself is so comfortable, clean, very inviting. I played all the courses in the vicinity, and Lakewood NATIONAL is the MOST fun, well kept and challenging (Piper). We needed some temporary housing while our house was completed in Lakewood Ranch. Since I work from home, I really needed a place with a separate office. This place is listed as 2 bedrooms, but there is a really nice separate office with a desk and printer if you need to work like I did. This place was perfect for us! The unit is brand new and all of the furnishings and household items are new as well. You don't need to bring a thing. Super fast internet connection, cable TV and an amenity center with a huge resort style pool and clubhouse. You can order a great selection of food from the grill and eat it all out by the pool.
