There were homeless people on the property more than once. The trash outside was horrible. There were a lot of wasps and spiders. I live in Florida but the bug problem really needs more care because this was more than a normal Florida situation. Nice set up of shampoo, conditioner, shower soap, hand soap, hair dryer, and bath towels. Appreciated beach set up as well, with beach towels, chairs, and toys. Washer/dryer and dishwasher - both which include detergent. Coffee maker (not Keurig) with filters and ground coffee. The condo was just like advertised. Clean, roomy, super comfy beds, well equipped and has a huge flat screen tv in the master bedroom! The pool was a super quick walk from the condo and had some shaded areas. Location was great, as we flew into the Sarasota airport and the drive was less than 15 minutes.
