You are right in the middle of the action, close to downtown Bradenton, Beaches, Sarasota, Tampa/St. Petersburg and more...… Upon entering this spacious private home, you are greeted with the main kitchen area, bar stools, and cute sitting area which is great for entertaining while cooking your favorite meals. The living room is expansive with a comfortable seating area, a large 10-person dining table, and a wall-mounted TV. Glass doors open up to your private outdoor patio with a pool, inground SPA, and ambient lighting. Multiple seating areas make this outdoor space a great area to gather with family and friends. Two bedrooms have king-size beds and one guest room with a queen bed. There are lots of parking available and you are free to bring an RV or boat. There is a boat launch on the Manatee River very close to the home. The beaches are why you came, and they are just minutes away!! Anna Maria Island/Bradenton beaches are a 15-minute drive west on Manatee Ave. If you are looking for more beach adventure, Lido Beach and the famous Siesta Key beaches are a 40-minute drive south of the home. Just 20-30 minutes from SQR Airport and less than an hour from Tampa Airport giving you plenty of flight options. Private pool with inground SPA and large outdoor area for entertaining. Downtown Bradenton is on the Manatee River and has bars, restaurants, and Village of the Arts. The Sarasota/Bradenton airport is a 35-minute drive (9.6 miles) south and downtown Sarasota and St Armands Circle are about 35-minute drive south which is a great place to watch a sunset from a rooftop bar with causal and upscale dining and shopping. You will also find dining options in nearby Longboat Key, Bradenton Beach, and Anna Maria Island which all have great places to eat and things to do by the beach. The location was excellent , very quiet and in a charming neighborhood that was nice to walk around. The backyard was spacious, and the fire pit was nice.The kitchen was extremely well equipped and made cooking easy — it had just about everything we could have needed. The beds are on the firm side, and the pillows are also very firm and full, which may suit some guests more than others.There are several step-ups and step-downs throughout the house, particularly between the master bedroom and bathroom. To access the bathroom you step down into a short hallway between the bedroom and bathroom, and since there is no door on the bedroom and the bathroom light also turns on the hallway light, nighttime trips can be a bit bright and less convenient.We spend several weeks in Florida each winter, so we are familiar with seasonal pool temperatures. While we understood this was not a jet hot tub, the spa description and paid pool heat led us to expect water that would be comfortable to sit in. During our stay, the pool averaged about 74, and the spa reached only about 79 at its warmest, which felt cool — especially in shaded areas — and was not always usable.Overall, this is a comfortable home in a lovely, quiet neighborhood with great kitchen amenities and outdoor space. Future guests may want to confirm pool and spa heating expectations and be aware of the interior step layout when bookingI would consider booking in the spring or fall. ##### Brittany W. Backyard was very private and the pool was perfect for young children. It had a large pool deck for our kids to play in and we could be in the deep portion. House had plenty of room to hang out in. We would stay here again. The neighborhood is quiet & close to so many things. Within 15-30 minutes there are many shops, restaurants, and beaches. The house is very homey & has everything you need. The beds were super comfortable & we slept super great every night! Our only minor criticism would be the lack of curtains by the front door. Found cockroaches on last day… killed one and found many more after looking. So gross! Stay was good till we found the bugs! Front door was not sealed well, maybe get new door trim. The week we stayed was hot and stormy and I was grateful for the relaxing pool waters and cool air conditioning. There is plenty of comfortable furniture inside the house to lounge on. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Was originally supposed to be 5 days but we extended it to 7 while there and experienced no issues from management company. They made it easy and convenient staying longer. Pros: Nice house. Clean. Looks just like the pictures. Easy to check in and out. Friendly property manager. Cons: We paid the fee for pool heat and the hot tub to be warm. Pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time. This was inconvenient at times because the kids complained of a cold pool while we attempted to sit in the hot tub. Debris gets in the pool easily because it’s not closed in. Everyday we needed to clean the pool. They do provide a net and it doesn’t take long to clean. We also were there when it was windy every single day. Therefore, weather could be to blame. We had trouble with the fridge not getting cold but a repair person came within minutes to fix it. After they left we experienced no issues with the fridge. We came during spring break, says via the description it would be 15 minutes to Anna Maria beach which is probably correct if it was not busy. This review is based off of a peak time of the year so remember that when reading this. It took us a little over an hour to get to the beach from the house because of the traffic which made it inconvenient to go the two times we did go. ##### Dion H. Séjour de 8 nuits en mars 2024
