There is a beautiful inground pool with screen enclosure that is shared with another party next door as this is a duplex house. It has a bunch of rooms, TVs, everything you need we did not have to buy anything very convenient. The best for me was being able to bring my small dog. I recommend this stay to anyone looking to save a few dollars bring a small dog and grill outside of the pool. BBQ grill was furnished as well. We didn't mind driving 30 minutes to the beach it was a nice stay at the manatee and will return the next time. I forgot my watch in the room and they sent it to my address promptly with nothing in return - that speaks highly of this super host. This property was everything that we needed without the hustle and bustle of being on the island. Close to everything! We will definitely stay again! The pool is gorgeous and was a nice surprise! It was being built when booked. The AC struggled to keep the place cool during the day. For older guests, it would be nice if the pool had a hand rail somewhere. There isn't any soundproofing between the units, so if you have loud neighbors you may not sleep well. Thankfully, most neighbors were quiet except for the first night. Pleased overall. ##### Daniel G.
