Dogs are allowed for an additional $125/Pet per stay. Craving a beach day, but don’t have all the equipment? No worries. Kitchen and dining works great for family dinners. Close to many good restaurants. Safe neighborhood. Jay was an attentive host. Kids and adults loved the pool. The backyard is the IMG academy golf course. Sunrises were lovely. Quiet, residential area with easy access to shopping, beaches, and airport. We loved backing up to the peaceful golf course and the quiet neighborhood, and the design of the house gave us all our private space. When home, we spent the entire time at the pool. The girls all got to be all in the same room like a big sleepover! And the parents each got their own bedrooms and bathrooms. The house was very nice!! Better than the pics!! The host was amazing, each time I had a question he responded within minutes. The pool and lanai area were great and the location to the Anna Maria beaches, restaurants, shopping and sights was perfect. Jay was very responsive to our needs.
