Overall it was ok. However lanai was dirty with dog hair all over which blows into the pool especially since pool filter wasn’t working and should not have taken 4 days to get fixed. Dog hair all over furniture. Not enough towels for all guests. No condiments such as pepper salt, napkins, coffee filters, etc. Should provide list of what is actually available in the home so renters will know what they need to bring such as a regular coffee maker, dish towels etc. Garbage left in garage and no room to place ours in the trash can. Not enough fans for all rooms or install fans in every room. My kids and grandchildren really enjoyed the pool and the pool table. However there are a couple of upgrades that are needed. Stop buying teflon cookware. Most of the cookware was badly scratched and unuseable. Also, the water pressure needs attention in the showers. We had to call several times about the trash pickup, but the management team was unable cleared it out until our last day. Overflowing trash and Florida heat is not a kind thing.
