This Charming elevated duplex will soon be your new favorite beach getaway!

The cheery and tastefully decorated living area opens into a galley kitchen with coastal decor and new and updated appliances. The primary bedroom with en suite bathroom has a king bed and amazing tropical views! The guest bedroom has a queen bed and lets out onto the back deck with more views and comfy seating. For entertainment options, check out the smart TV in the living room or the flat-screen TV in the primary bedroom.

You may choose not to leave this relaxing home away from home, but if you want to do some exploring, the neighborhood is a great place to start. Enjoy lovely views of the water from the bayside park and the Marina at the end of the street. Add some adventure, with Palma Sola Bay Kayak Rentals, just 2 blocks away! The historic Cortez fishing village is very close, and if you cross the Cortez bridge onto Anna Maria Island you can get to the sparkling Gulf waters within minutes. Once you're on the Island, take Anna Maria's free trolley for great shopping and dining options.

Bel appartement au milieu de nulle part

Nous sommes allés une semaine en Floride et nous voulions séjourner à Ana Maria. Cet appartement est très joliment décoré, très fonctionnel, très bien rénové et très confortable. Par contre il est dans un secteur qui ressemble à un camping, à 30 minutes d Ana Maria, 45 de St Petersburg, une heure de Sarasota

Quietness

My friend and I enjoyed a two week stay here and it was very accomodating with all our needs; even a laundry room. The decor was quite interesting with portraits and colorful. It's NOT your usual run of the mill, boring place. We highly recommend this location and address as it's close to Bradenton Beach and Anna Marie Island. And we especially loved the quietness of this location! Thank you Doug and Candy!

We were not aware that location was overlooking a trailer park, but it was safe, quiet and clean. The decor was utterly charming with nice ammenities and location was very convenient to Anna Maria Island. After a montary glitch tegarding parking, the owner was quite friendly.

The unit was very clean, and stocked well for our stay. We loved the vibe of the home, the decor, wall hanging, and rug with very cool. The unit is second floor, noisy garage door that opens and closes below, in a workshop. The view from the balcony was not what we expected, looking out to trailers. Our overall stay was good! The apartment was very clean and comfortable. So many interesting photos and books. The layout of the apartment was comfortable, spacious and cosy at the same time. Very quiet area. Very close to the beach. I would definitely stay there again. Communication with owner was quick and easy.

I would live here if i would.

I can't rate this appartment enough, it was the most beautiful, quirky awesome beach condo! The beds where super comfy, the kitchen was really well stocked and the place was immaculate. Plus access to a grill and smoker ( which made me super happy). The appartment is only a short hop to AMI, or bradenton and easy acces to Cortez. Doug and Candy (the owners) live downstairs and where super friendly with recomendations and places to visit. I can assure you. We will be coming back.

Boat parking can be tricky and I wouldn't recommend launching from this marina with a jet boat. Too grassy and creates issues. Other than that the place was nice and as expected. Thank you!

Decor is awesome! Makes you feel right at home! Great location to AMI, the Clam Factory, the Cortez Kitchen and of course the beaches! Definitely worth getting a golf cart to get you around!

Great Getaway!

We recently spent 2 weeks at Kapok. The house was very comfy, clean, well equipped for cooking, centrally located to places we wanted to visit, and in a very quiet neighborhood. Doug and Candy were there for us if we had any questions or needed anything.

Great vacation spot!

Sunny Shores has it all! The dwelling was very well equipped and pleasantly decorated. The kitchen equaled my own, and the beds were VERY comfortable. The lovely deck is a fun place to enjoy a cocktail, read a book or just relax, and a waterside park is just steps away. A pleasant surprise was the presence of the owner nearby to offer help and hospitality.

A Home Away from Home

The home and location is even lovelier and cleaner than we imagined! The property is nestled in a pretty little community away from the traffic of Bradenton and close enough to walk or bike to the beach. The property is well maintained, super clean and comfortable, with everything you need even extras like books, board games, and items to use at the beach - a home away from home! The entire place feels spacious and offers plenty of privacy and the owners are respectful of your privacy as well but also very helpful when you need it. The neighborhood felt very safe. Be sure to check out Tyler's Homemade Ice Cream only 5 minutes away and the bakery next door - Delicious and notalgic! We would love to stay here again if given the opportunity to visit the area in the future!

Hidden Gem

This property is a true hidden gem. Just minutes away from the beach in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Very spacious with everything you need for your stay. Will stay here again if available the next time we are in the area.
