After we checked in, we contacted the host because we could only find two bathrooms in the home. We were then, and only then, made aware that the third bathroom was located outside and the fourth bathroom was unavailable. It is important to note the outside bathroom is not air conditioned and unventilated. After asking about being compensated for the inconvenience and inaccuracy of the description, the host rudely responded as follows:"We truly regret your frustrations and are very sorry for any inconvenience this situation may have caused. We want to clarify that the house has 3 fully available and functional bathrooms, which we believe is more than sufficient for the 6 guests in your reservation. The 4th bathroom, located in the game room, is temporarily closed for safety reasons while we complete remodeling work in that area. However, this does not affect the comfort or enjoyment of the property in any way. The home is in perfect condition and designed so families can have a comfortable and memorable experience during their stay. Based on your messages, it seems that you may be focusing more on finding issues in order to request a refund rather than enjoying your time with your family."We expected them to be more accommodating and found this to be very unprofessional. ##### Linette B.
