The house is a new house in an old neighborhood. It is built on stilts so if you have issues with stairs it’s not for you. It is very well appointed. The kitchen has everything you need plus. It was very clean. There is a nice fire pit out back for those cool evenings. There is an Osprey nest next door. It was really neat to sit on the back deck and watch the Osprey bring their babies fish. The owner Scott communicated everything and was very helpful. I plan on returning. ##### Curt S.
