Neighborhood Overview: Amazing Bradenton Florida location, close to Anna Maria Island and the water: There are miles of beautiful white sand beaches, just minutes from the front door of your vacation stay! This beach getaway is centrally located downtown Bradenton, FL and Anna Maria Island. There are a ton of great beaches, beach restaurants, waterfront spots, activities, beach bars and everything you guys will need close by. If you want to get out on the water head over and rent a kayak, paddle board, jet ski or boat. Typically there is not much parking available during vacation stays, but not at our place; there are spaces for two cars, or a car and a boat or RV. There is a Beach Trolly on Anna Maria Island that will take you to all the spots you will want to go during your stay. Getting Around: A car or hired transportation is suggested for getting from the airport to your getaway if you're flying. The location is great, close to Anna Maria Island and many other destinations. Kitchen had everything needed to make breakfast every morning for my wife and I. We ate out every dinner so we did not really pay attention to the tools needed to do bake/grill. AC was cold. Had a tankless water device so it took a minute or two to get the water warm for a shower. Planning on going to Spring Training again next year and this will be our first choice. I found the kitchen to be well appointed. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillow and blankets. Enjoyed all of the televisions and the couch was extra comfy. Used all of the porches. Location was ideal for getting to the airport and plenty of shopping and restaurants. Overall, we loved our stay! ##### Catie H. He was very responsive to questions and even came over to the house to help when there was a gliche with the lock. The house was beautiful. It was very clean and the neighborhood very quiet. S. 23 févr. 2026 Points forts : Propreté If you want a host who will treat you like family, Tom and Richelle are the couple you want to book with. While we did have some issues at the beginning of our trip, they went above and beyond to make sure that they were taken care of AND that we still had an amazing experience. Their responsiveness was noteworthy and their understanding and efficiency were impressive. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at their property again and would recommend them to anyone looking for hosts who truly care about their guests experience. This is a rare thing these days and our family is very grateful. Additionally, the neighborhood was quiet and super close to our favorite AMI beaches and GT Bray disc golf course as well as some of the best Nature Preserves in the area. The experience did not meet our expectations.The property lacked written instructions for various amenities, which would have been helpful, especially with the TV and thermostat.Closet and drawer space was very limited, making it difficult to store clothes for a longer stay. We ended up keeping our clothes in our suitcases. Finally, there were some cleanliness issues that were concerning. Specifically, the bedroom fans were covered with a layer of dust, the bathroom fan needed to be cleaned, the floor of the bathroom tub was peeling, and several areas needed to be painted. ##### Dan D.
