Place was clean and full of useful items for the beach. I was asked to let them know how the place looked when we arrived and I noticed the filter on air conditioner needed changed. They came and changed it while we were staying there. All was good. Enjoyed having 2 bathrooms and showers our kids stayed in the 2 twin bed room and we had the king. Pool and hot tub was nice and my son played basketball for a bit. Loved having the kitchen to fix meals. We would stay again.
