The chickadee is small, but mighty and comes with a full kitchen, washer and dryer and semi private back yard. This apartment is apart of a small residential complex made up of 5 units however in my opinion, the chickadee is the most private. A sweet little space large enough for 2 people and fully equipped for a short or long term stay. Everything inside the home is private and accessible, everything outside is a shared space. The apartment does come with a semi private backyard for Chickadee use only. We love interacting with our guests but that is up to you :) feel free to reach out to ask anything! The neighborhood is a safe and quiet one. I always recommend renting a car to get around but ubering is possible to enjoy the beaches and downtown! This apartment is part of a larger complex made up of 5 total units. The property is large enough for everyone to have their own privacy and not hear one another. The chickadee has the most private entrance out of the 5 units. Please note the check in time is 5pm, however I will always send the check in as soon as the home is ready. Most times, I am able to send the check in around 3pm however It is never a guarantee. We will always try our best to get you in as early as possible. \*\* A 4% CHARGE WILL APPLY FOR ANY CANCELLED RESERVATIONS\*\*\* Friendly Reminders Before Your Stay: Third-Party Bookings: If you’re booking on behalf of someone else, please let us know in advance.
