Downtown is close, grocery is close, fish markets are close, the Gulf of Mexico is close, the botanical garden is close and more importantly the house is great. The kitchen is nicely equipped, the beds are comfortable, the living areas are both inviting with large sofas, and the pool is wonderful and refreshing. It was very clean and decorated nice. It is within short drive of Anna Marie Island shopping and beach. The neighborhood is a bird sanctuary- saw lots of blue jays, cardinals, lizards and squirrels. The place is in a walkable location- within a quiet neighborhood. There was a Publix very close to neighborhood, walkable but across a busy road. The house had 2 full baths and one half bath (along with an outdoor shower). The beds were comfy. The house was stocked with essentials in kitchen utensils and plenty of towels for showers and pool. The games for the backyard were a nice touch- ladderball and cornhole. The lanai included a table for dinners, table tennis and basketball hoop game- so fun! The pool is outside the lanai. Our hosts were within driving distance but gave us our privacy- made themselves available via text. Great stay! ##### Kelly D.
