We stayed for Two months, and Brent was reactive to issues we had being their first renters at this location. We had a few minor issues with the WiFi which were quickly resolved. The area is very nice as advertised. We enjoyed going on walks at the Riverbank park. We used the Anne Maria Island beaches and a lot of restaurants including the Lazy Ballerina next door. Brent was kind enough to mail our excess mail to us as we were forwarding mail. The king size beds were comfortable and great for sleeping. I found the microwave/convection/air fryer worked out great for us, in combination with the cooktop. The guest using the apartment below were always friendly and considerate.
