The bathroom has a shower/ tub combo. 692 sq ft. Great location and neighborhood. There is s shared laundry shed in the parking lot. The garage on site (nothing to do with the rental) is still in need of repair from the recent hurricane (it is in the works). \*There is an additional unit available on-site with a separate nightly rate. Mar 11, 2025 #### As good as promised The Surf Suite was a perfect home base for my daughter and I for a long weekend of sports at the IMG Academy. The suite was well appointed with everything that we needed from pots, pans and even a gas grill. The little side deck was perfect to eat meals and the property was clean and well-maintained. The neighborhood is super cute and convenient to everything but far enough away from the hustle and bustle.
