Lovely to just sit and watch the bay, but also awesome pool and really enjoyed adding pontoon boat rental. Able to cook most meals at home. As a property manager in Maine, this was my first time on the guest side of renting and it's going to be hard to top; the home and property were simply incredible! Everything was clean, the views were amazing, and everyone had enough space to gather together or spread out and have some down time. The large windows and stone fireplace in the living room are gorgeous, and the large master shower/bath was definitely a favorite. Our 12 year old loved fishing off the dock for fish and for crabs. We rented the pontoon from the owner, he was great, so friendly and showed us where to navigate in the area and answered any questions we had. Can not recommend this property enough, the sunrises are just as good as the sunsets, and watching them from the pool and hot tub can't be beat! Hope to stay again in the future ##### Samantha J. We were very impressed with the views - and really enjoyed seeing the gulf of Mexico. There were always birds of all kinds to be seen and one day we saw dolphins out in the distance! We from MI weather and was looking forward to the 'heated" pool and "hot" tub. That being said - we were very disappointed with the the limited ability to enjoy using the pool and hot tub.We understood that the weather was very cold for FL but the discription of those amenities were misleading. The manager of the property did inform me, after I texted (asking why the hot tub wasn't warming up after an hour of having it turned on)-that the hot tub may have a hard time keeping up to temperature. But it wasn't until after I called the manager and left a message, did I receive an email (hours later) explaining the type of heating system they have for the pool and hot tub. They have a heat pump and it truly isn't designed for cooler weather and for keeping the pool and hot tub up to a tolerable temperature. We understood at that point that we wouldn't be able to enjoy being in the water like we thought - all 11 of us were VERY frustrated. If the information about the heating system would have been in the discription - we would not have stayed at this house. The email wasn't sent to me until Friday- 3 days after we arrived... 3 days of going back and forth with the manager and trying to understand why the hot tub wasn't tolerable ##### Loretta M.
