Just 8 minutes from beaches and close to excellent restaurants and shopping. VIP Guests and Parents: It is your responsibility to mind your children and pets to obey the House, Pool, and Garage Rules for everyone\`s safety. Please take a minute to read over the RULES so IF there are no misunderstandings if we need to take action to enforce them, especially for safety reasons. Parents are expressly responsible for protecting yourself, your children and dogs from any kind of destructive or dangerous behavior during your stay. 2\. If something gets broken, please report it to us immediately. Again, accidents happen, and we have insurance for these unforeseen events. 3\. Please DEFLATE and FOLD UP and PUT AWAY air mattresses when finished. 4\. Please put furniture and all indoor fixtures like dishes, pots and pans, games, TV remotes, and all other items back where you originally found them when finished. 5\. PETS ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN ON OUR BEDS! DO NOT REMOVE THE BAMBOO MATTRESS COVERS. We file an insurance claim and may withhold the security deposit if we find pet urine on the bed. A good mattress starts around $3,000! 6\. DO NOT REMOVE THE BAMBOO MATTRESS PROTECTORS FROM THE BEDS! WE CHARGE $100 off the security deposit for tampering with mattress protectors. 7\. Please pay close attention when cooking and try not to burn the pans as it can be dangerous. We file insurance claims to replace them. 8\. Please use aluminum foil on the bottom of oven for baking projects. 9\. PLEASE TURN LIGHTS & WATER OFF WHEN FINISHED. 10\. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE DOORS AND WINDOWS OPEN WHILE RUNNING AC ON EXTREMELY COLD TEMPERATURES, I am not in the business of cooling the neighborhood. DO NOT turn the temperature below 70 degrees. 11\. Please DO NOT take the batteries out of the remote controls. 12\. Please clean the BBQ Grills after every use. WE CHARGE AN EXTRA $25 FROM THE DEPOSIT if the grills are left a mess after check-out. 13\. Please bring garbage cans to the curb on regular garbage pick-up schedule; Sunday and Wednesday nights. Recycle Blue Bin is Sunday night only. 14\. Pick up dog poop and dispose of it in the garbage. WE CHARGE AN EXTRA $50 to pick up your DOG’S POOP! 15\. If you park on the lawn be very careful that you don\`t run over and break things. 16\. Please put outdoor games, sports equipment, outdoor furniture and fixtures back where you found them when you finish using them. 17\. PLEASE PARK ON THIS PROPERTY ONLY AND NOT ACROSS THE STREET. 18\. Please operate your watercraft with courtesy and care. DO NOT bring and/or operate uninsured land or water vehicles on this property. Use your insured vehicles at your own risk. 19\. You are welcome to use our \`INFLATABLE\` kayaks. However, DO NOT drag them on the ground at any time because the ground will tear the bottoms and destroy them. 20\. We do account for what we have here and will charge the deposit for missing items AS THE INSURANCE DOES NOT COVER LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS. Jackie’s place was beyond what we needed and was fully stocked! The fenced in yard, pool and lake out back to fish in were great. We liked how close the house was to absolutely anything you could need and the beaches were just a short drive up the road. The house was extra clean, had laundry machines, and lots of extras to use. We needed to bring our dogs, so finding this home that allowed us to bring our pets was a bonus. Between going to Anna Maria, Cortez, and Coquina beaches we were able to do it all and inbetween enjoy the pool. Everything was close and the house was very comfortable. The pool is wonderful and the view is fantastic. Super comfy bed, awesome water pressure comfortable furniture. This house is located close to anything you need. Century located to the beaches that we wanted go to and definitely recommend Siesta Key as the number one beach it is absolutely beautiful. I would definitely recommend you stay at this property. Beautiful house and the pool is wonderful (even on cool days/nights). Spectacular sunsets from the pool. Owners respond quickly to any issue and correct it. Very roomy and very well stocked with extra pool towels, beach supplies in the garage, coolers things that we did not have to lug with us. Plenty of cookware, spices,has both a coffee pot and Kureg. Really just need to bring your clothes and groceries. The hosts level of communication was great she even takes the time to email you info about the area which was nice. Centrally located. We loved how cozy the house was. It was stocked with everything you might need both inside and out. The salt water heated pool was a lovely surprise! We only used the king bed in the main bedroom but really enjoyed how comfortable the mattress was. The bathroom shower was luxurious! We noticed a couple of small issues and the host quickly responded and took care of all issues. The property is lovely and so enjoyable. The street that this home is located on does not offer sidewalks, so if your an avid walker like myself, you have to make sure you were aware of the traffic flow. There are several lakes to view in the area. Was pretty close to Anna Maria Island which was absolutely easy to access and enjoy and found parking pretty accessible. Jackie was a gracious host and replied to our questions and needs. The home is beautifully renovated with lovely furnishings. Kitchen had everything you needed. The highlight of our stay was being able to walk out to the screened pool and lanai and swim at leisure. We so enjoyed sitting out and watching wildlife around the pond. Our golden doodle enjoyed sitting out there as well-she had freedom to roam around the fenced backyard! The only negative was all the speeding cars going up and down the street, which was posted at 25 mph! The road is residential but no sidewalks so walking our dog was tricky and not enjoyable. A little annoyed with the neighbors - multiple neighbors - that had firecrackers going off every evening for an hour or more. It was beyond irritating. This house is in a neighborhood that has a lot of other properties in need of many repairs so the house as shown on the site does not represent that at all. We were a little leary of leaving our car outside (the garage had a ping pong table in the middle of it) but thankfully nothing happened. This home has everything that you could possibly want or need, and then some! Absolutely stocked with anything you need. Wow! Short drive to beautiful beaches, awesome restaurants, shopping, entertainment, activities, everything! After a fabulous day at the beach there is nothing like coming “home” to your own private, awesome pool. The home itself is very comfortable, very clean and beautifully decorated. And then there is Jackie! In all of our 30 some years of travel and renting, we have never encountered anyone close to Jackie. Her passion for making her guests happy is incredible and we loved meeting her. She is truly outstanding in every way. Her communication is just excellent. She sent us an email that was literally the answers to any and all questions we could ever have. She was not just quick to respond but nearly immediately responded to all texts. She even was so sweet and brought me coffee! The comfort of her home was top notch! The master bed was so comfy and the sheets was super soft. But let me tell you about the shower. It was absolute perfection! The water pressure was so invigorating. The pool area was superb and very relaxing. Sunsets were gorgeous over the water. Location, depending on traffic, was 12-25 mins to the beaches and many great restaurants. I have never experienced a check in and check out that was more efficient and simple. What a relief to not have a massive to do list in on check out day. Kitchen was very well stocked with all items needed to cook with. Not cheap stuff either.
