With a brand new heated salt Pool/Spa, a Covered Patio and enough seating and games for whatever you might need or want, this Incredible Vacation Rental sleeps up to 12 people with 6 beds including 5 Queen Size beds & 2 Twins. \----- IMPORTANT BEFORE YOU BOOK ----- The property has 3 motion activated cameras as well as 3 motion activated lights for added protection and safety. \* There is NO smoking in the home or anywhere inside the pool cage.\* This includes vaping, chewing tobacco, hookah pipes, or any smoking of any kind. \*\*Property has 2 KITCHENS- A full sized kitchen inside (all Brand NEW appliances....Fridge, Oven, Microwave & Dishwasher) - OUTDOOR KITCHEN is located next to the pool and is nicely equipped with most cooking items typically found in indoor kitchens. Both kitchens have GRANITE Counters throughout! Also, due to the typical Florida heat and the native bugs the built-in grill pictured in the middle of the outdoor kitchen is not usable. Guests are asked to use the brand new portable propane gas grill for any of their grilling needs.\*\* \----- CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES ----- Check-in time is: 16:00 (4 PM) Check-out time is: 11:00 (11 AM) It may be possible to arrange an early check-in or late check out and we'd be happy to accommodate you if possible however sometimes we have other guests arriving or leaving the same day so it's not always possible. The early check-in or late check out fee (if possible is $250) Please let us know after you book if you would like to see if early or late check out is available for your stay. The pool, hot tub, golf simulator, outdoor kitchen and lounging area with TV were the icing on top! Very private yard; beautiful setting; incredibly clean - inside the home and outside pool area. The host kindly allowed us to check in early when our flight arrived and cheerily welcomed us upon arrival to explain the pool and golf simulator details. If we ever have reason to visit this area again, I wouldn’t even look at other options - this place was fantastic! ##### Brooke L. And the property manager, Chris, was very accommodating and responsive. Our only disappointment was the location. It's situated in an area of Bradenton that appears rundown. However, we felt safe during our stay given that the rental is setback off a rarely used access road. We would rent this property again. ##### John G. We were in Bradenton for our daughters wedding and had multi-ages of friends and family staying with us and needed a place where people had their own space but also had a place to spend time together! How perfect the areas around the pools! And bonus the day after the wedding, our daughter and new husband was able to come relax in the hot tub/pool and play golf and ping pong with us- just "veg"! Plenty of room for everyone, very spacious. We spent 99% of our time in the awesome pool area. Chris was super responsive to any questions we had and gave a good tour with check in. Our room was carpeted so good for our infant but the rest of the area inside was tiled so not crawling friendly which would be fine for an all adult group. The property is in a residential area so usually takes about 20 mins or so to get to Sarasota area. I would come back to this property, everyone thought it was great! ##### Nicole C.
