This private pool home places you within minutes of local attractions like the Bradenton Riverwalk and Anna Maria Island. Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport and the Ringling Museum are less than eight miles south. The popular G.T. Bray Park is within two miles of your front door.  
  
The enclosed backyard is surrounded by lush landscaping, and the fully screened-in pool deck is furnished with lounge seating, a gas grill, and a patio dining table for added outdoor bliss.  
  
In winter months, the pool can be heated for a fee of $35/day.
