Very short walk to the ocean, stores, restaurants/bars. Residential neighbors are friendly. Check-in process was seamless. Kitchen is well equipped w/ very nice appliances - just bring your own coffee (and spices if you plan to cook). Beautifully decorated home. Beds are very comfortable w/ quality linens. Plenty of towels provided. Sunset watching & star gazing are a must from the rooftop deck, too! Something to note: the mosquitos are pretty heavy around the pool area, but nothing some bug spray won't resolve. Besides that and the mosquitos in the location (make sure to bring bug spray) this was a great place for a big party very spacious and accommodated everyone perfectly!
