This beautifully newly renovated Anna Maria Island bungalow is COVID compliant, super clean and very comfortable. With an open, split floor plan, it has 2 king bedrooms, each with private baths and is only 3 houses from FEET IN THE SAND! Half way between the amazing white sand beach and the bay and Pier. Only 1 block over is Historic Bridge Street with all of the cool restaurants, mini golf, shops and bars with live music. Once here, you never need to drive. Just leave your car in the driveway (it can fit up to 4 cars). Everything is within a block walking distance! If you want to be active, there is plenty to do! Take a boat ride to see dolphins, parasail on the gulf, go fishing off the Pier, play a round of mini golf or just relax at our beautiful white sand beach. Beach chairs, umbrellas and towels are available for your use. When you're not out and about, enjoy the private, shaded backyard with a brand new heated/cooled swimming POOL, grill, chaise loungers and a dining table, chairs and shade umbrella. There is nothing like Anna Maria!! My wife and I brought our 4-month old on his first vacation here and had a really enjoyable stay. Perfect location, right down the street from beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. Little noise from the nearby bar one evening when they had live music but was quiet by 9pm or so. The house is cozy, clean, and comfortable and has basically everything you might need. The backyard is a nice bonus and fairly private with the tree cover, and the heated pool is great on cooler evenings. The island is idyllic and definitely worth the trip! Each morning we could go left or right out of the house and walk towards amazing views/ activities. The beach, the pier, restaurants on the water, mini golf, donut and coffee shop were a few of our favorites. The backyard is magical - provided our kids with hours of entertainment and such beautiful landscaping. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we walked away with so many core memories for our family. Highly recommend this property. ##### Austin B. We loved your little Florida home with its charm of personal antiques and modern upgrades! The shower was fantastic ,The beds were very comfortable, and the pool was such a highlight! Walk 1 block to beach with also 1 block to the bay for live music and drinks. We really didn’t need a car. Everything we wanted ,beach,entertainment,shopping and great eats. The pool at the house was a plus! The only negative thing I can say was we had no A/C in the living room/kitchen for our entire trip. The owners did try to have it fixed and gave us a little money back for the inconvenience. However it was HOT. But these things are unforeseen. Otherwise it was a great trip. ##### Nikki P. Great appliances throughout. They do have the separate air conditioners in each area which do an admirable job of keeping the place cool, it just takes a bit to kick in once you arrive and turn them down. Truly the best feature, especially in August was the cooled pool. Even when the ocean was warm, the pool was refreshing and we spent a ton of time outside. The location is also about a 2 min walk to the beach and a 5 min walk to Bridge St and the pier. It was a great time of family bonding! ##### Melissa B.
