Enjoy the sights and sounds of this tropical getaway and all the amenities offered being a shared heated pool, deeded beach access, a club house with a kitchen and living areas to relax and unwind, also a tennis court, shuffleboard, bocce ball, pickleball, fitness center, BBQ grills, kayak launch, and fishing pier. Runaway Bay 283 features a newly renovated kitchen and its own washer/dryer. This property includes access to a fishing pier that is shared between the other units on site. If you are interested in fishing off the pier during your visit, a saltwater fishing license would be required if you are over 16 or under 65\. To obtain a Fishing License, you may go to local bait and tackle shops, some marinas, or any tax collector office (3340 East Bay Dr Holmes Beach, FL 34217). This condominium association requires a parking permit to be always displayed on your car dashboard. One parking spot is assigned for this property, however there are multiple guest spots nearby. Only gas powered golf carts allowed per condo association! Hop on the free trolley close to the entrance area of Runaway Bay or call, text or wave down Sandbar Shuttles for FREE shuttle rides and they'll whisk you awayto your island destination in no time. Pet friendly property for 1 dog up to 25 lbs per condo rules. The non-refundable pet fee is $150.00 will be charged per pet per week. Short stays are not pro-rated. The pet fee does not cover any damage caused by the pet. Pets are not allowed in the pool area. In compliance with the condominium association, this unit needs a 7-night minimum stay.
