This smaller complex features full bay views, boat dock with electric and water, heated pool, spa and tennis. There is a large, screened lanai where you can enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrises. Located close to Longboat Key and just across from the Coquina Beach, this beautifully furnished unit provides all unit amenities to make your stay an enjoyable one. Pelican Cove is just across from the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, yet is also bay front for fishing enthusiasts. This is a wonderful Bradenton Beach vacation retreat! This top floor unit sleeps four with a king size bed, two twin beds. The living room features a 42" television. The master bedroom has a 26" television and the guest bedroom has a 19" television. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your use. It is a one week minimum rental. It’s quiet, easy beach access and we can walk to nearby shops and restaurants. This is a 3rd floor walk up. It was fine for us but may not be for some. The living room has recently had a much needed furniture upgrade which we love, however, the mattresses and carpeting could use an upgrade as well. Not great, but okay. AMI was a bit disappointing, but there’s nothing YOU could do about that.
