A few minor issues related to front door blinds and cracked glass. The shower had mold growing under the handle and should be replaced. The living room tv was not functioning even when following directions. Dan and light in living room may need to be reprogrammed with light. Having only 1 parking space made it challenging to have a golf cart to enjoy on the island. Would recommend you work something out with the municipality to secure additional overflow parking for guests. Otherwise was a nice centralized location, nice beach access, and generally very nice. In addition to advertising that laundry is available for $1.75, it would have been helpful to know ahead of time that it accepts only quarters. We planned on doing wash the last night and had no change on us. Finally, the toaster didn’t work. You have to hold the lever down continuously to get the toasting coils hot. Fantastic location, easy walking distance to shopping and food and right on the beach. The fully stocked beach supply closet was a bonus! They have everything needed for some fun in the sun. Beautiful and a great place to walk to fun restaurants. They were tearing down the building next door and will be building on to the restaurant next door. The location was perfect and the beach was beautiful! We had one minor issue and Jen was so attentive and dealt with the issue immediately!
