The kitchen area was a great gathering place for meals. We had fun playing ping pong. The beach chairs were plentiful. The inner tube floats seemed brand new. Like oceanfront, it’s large, has bball and elevators. But for the price we felt the inside was average. The space accommodated a lot of sleeping spots but when it was time to all sit down to eat or watch a movie together there was no comfortable places for everyone. No hot water at kitchen sink, a bathroom sink was coming out of the basin, pool is nice if want to soak but zero sun. It was a nice place but just not for the price.
