Gulf Watch is a beautifully maintained complex boasting a sparkling heated pool all-year round. This condo is located in Bradenton Beach and is only a few steps away from the beach, shopping, and dining. Great location - not commercial… no tourist chains. Great restaurants (Tide Tables is our favorite). Nice views of the ocean from the living room and balcony. Set up beach chairs in the AM and go across the street and back for a nice balance of sun and cold AC. This was our first time to Anna Maria Island, and this condo ended up being in the perfect location! We appreciated Duncan Realty’s responsiveness and had no issues with the condo. At the end, when we were checking out, we had an issue as we had nowhere to put our trash (trash is collected only on Thursdays, and any trash you have can only placed in the community bin the night before). Despite this, the property manager was understanding, helpful, and made sure that we were good to check out. I definitely recommend this condo for anyone wanting to be right near the beach in a great area. ##### Taylore Q. It was our first time staying in bradenton beach and it was so convenient and close to everything. We walked to dinner and shopping several times, and had s blast being right across the street from the beach. Our tv messed up in the middle of our week, and they were so quick to respond to our call and send someone out to fix it.
