The check in and out was very easy. The description of the property states there is a hot tub and there definitely is NOT one. The condo itself could have been a bit cleaner but over all a good place to stay. Close to the local trolly stop. Location on the beach and size of the unit are in the plus column. The carpet and some furnishings are showing their age. Some things did not work (lamps, lights, washer/dryer, WiFi, bathroom fan, ceiling fans, dvd). The property manager was able to address some items but others just need updating and replacing.
